コンソールアカウント API
コンソールアカウント管理 API：SIWE ウォレットログイン、ID、API key、プラン、残高、課金・チャージ履歴、利用量、リセット機会。
これらはコンソールのアカウント管理 API です。プロダクト API（JSON-RPC、Data API、WebSocket）はこれらに依存しません。アカウント固有のリクエストは、SIWE ログインで返されるセッショントークンで認証します。
