Parameters

Returns

Type: OBJECT|NULL
Description: Transaction receipt object with fields such as status, gasUsed, logs and effectiveGasPrice; null when the transaction is unknown or not yet mined.

Notes

A receipt exists only after the transaction is mined; status reports success or revert, and logs are delivered together with the receipt.
